Soul retrieval is a shamanic method that frees us out of our past. It is a step on the path to close those doors in our life that have blocked our development.

Aim is to leave the past behind and look ahead. This method which may bring childish soul parts back, should neither turn the adult into a child nor leave them with a split soul. For about one or two week the client should work intensively with the retrieved soul parts and give them attentiveness. Then the integration is complete. This is also called "nest building".

Life in wholeness

In new life there is no place for guilt feelings, accusation or condemnation. In shamanism, the why and the root cause of the soul loss are irrelevant for restoration of the wellbeing. To "leave behind" the injuries of the past means to use the new gained vitaliy for creating a positive present and future.

Set new priorities:

  • express yourself as you like (be creative)
  • think about: How do I want to feel myself in future?
  • set achievable aims so that the sight of what lies ahead does not steal your energy
  • avoid spiritual pollution: turn over destructive thoughts in mind robs you of your energy (Gaze consciously out of your head and ask yourself: What is acting on me? What do I experience currently?)
  • set limits with the knowledge, it is allowed to say "No"
  • ask yourself: How do I project my notion onto others? I can't change anybody, I can change myself only.
  • think about: With whom do I want to surround myself in future?

I have dealt with my past enough and will now focus on improving my life.
