Do you believe in life after death? Do you believe in incarnation? Would our life without rebirth even have any meaning? I am convinced that experience is universal and accompanish us in an afterlife.

The Death

In my opinion, it is essential to have a certain point of view about life and death in order to adopt a spiritual way of life. My new point of view about death and myself as a soul has helped me a lot to accept the death of my loved partner for what it is: A going home.

When I asked the Death during a shamanic trance and how he decides at what point of time a human has to die. He answered: "Everyone is responsible himself for dying. I only accompany the souls back home as soon as they call for me."

To my question during a LZL-session (a journey led in hypnosis into the life between lives) to the soul shape of my life-partner a few months after his death, why his soul left me as early, I received the answer: "Because I have finished my life quest while you are a little bit slower."

Yes, sure. My soul don't belong to the brisk troop. This I know meanwhhile. I simply need time. Which is relative anyway.

Incarnation

What helps me in difficult situations is the following point of view, which I learned during my trance journeys and through my work with my helping spirits:

  • I have a soul.
  • My soul goes to school on earth.
  • I am here to learn.
  • My soul lives inside of my body.
  • My body is my ally and get in touch (very painful sometimes) when I let my soul down.
  • My soul comes from the otherworld (that is also called dream time or afterlife or soul home or other dimension)
  • After leaving the fleshly shell behind, my soul returns where it has came from after fullfilling its life quest. Which, by the way, it has choosen by itself. No chance to blame anyone else for all the "crap"here.
  • On earth we play a certain role (like in a theater) to fulfill our life quest. Namely everyone here.
  • People who hurt me just play this because it is their role here on earth. (That helps me a lot to forgive them for being unable to love me unrestricted. This point of view helped me above all to get rid of my trauma and my victim role).
  • There is no need for envy since everyone plays its own role. After all, I could have chosen the same role. But I didn't.
To die is to come home

After leaving the body, all my experiences from this life (as from all previous ones) my soul takes back home. There all experiences are stored and help me to develop myself further as soul. Every life is examined and assessed retrospectively. This is something like purgatory where I have to give account for my actions. It's known that you are the strictest judge about yourself.

For the next life, a new incarnation, a new life purpose is chosen, i.e. new specific life quest, or an "old" target to be repeated. Definitely, the way is the aim, the experiences that shape me and allow me to grow, because as soon as my life quest is fulfilled, i.e. the aim is reached, the incarnation is complete.

To die is to come home. To get ready. To report to the Death that he may pick me up. I like the Death. He is a nice guy. Because it is his job to accompany me home. The letting go of the body is a exhausting business. Then you like to have a companion by your side. How to die is my own choice. Them more harmonious I live the easier the letting go will be. Let's see if I'm right. May my spirits accompany me till my last hours here on earth.
