Max Planck (German physicist in the field of theoretical physics and founder of quantum physics) said: "And so, after my research of the atom, I tell you this: There is no substance per se. All substance only arises and consists of the vigor that makes the particles vibrate and holds them together."

Modern physics

Quantum physics teaches us: "Substance consists of empty interspaces mainly. Elementary particles of the atom consist of no matter, but of pure energy. Substance is an illusion only, there is no "material" in the universe."

Modern physics goes on to say: "The massive appearing world that functions after regularities, is an immaterial realm of consciousness whose characteristics change according the inner constitution of the observer."

Atoms vibrate, even if not noticeable to us. The physical pattern, the so called reality, arises by this vibration. Anything that seems to be solid or material, is, technically seen, in motion always. The term "real" refers to our senses only. Our senses, translated by the brain, are very limited. "Real" is no more solid than a thought or a feeling. Blind people "see" differently, but not less "real".

Perception

It is my brain that translates my seeing, hearing and feeling. Everything arises within myself, including time. That is why one says: Time is relative. When I am engrossed in my thoughts, my eyes "see" furthermore, but my brain doesn't give me information about the outside at this moment. Time seems to stop. I am blind completely and lost in memory. It's similar with sleeping. My brain doesn't send me informations about my physical status. I am quasi "faded out" or I am at another dimension, the dream world.

People percept varying. When interpreting the outside, our brain accesses what it has learned. E.g., have you learned that the term "I'll be right there" refers to a time concept of about one hour, but the other person assumes a maximum of 15 minutes for the same statement, there may arise misconceptions and discords. It took me years to don't be offended because of a "I'll be right there" from my partner when it was about my differently understanding of punctuality. And I learned also that for many men the colors mint or turquoise is simply "green".

In a word: We experience what we believe.

For me, active listening meanwhile is the most important to avoid misunderstandings. Helpful is inquiring simply: "Well, you mean...?" "Do I understand you correctly that you...?" That conserves a lot of emotional and mental energy.

Energy and consciousness

Observing an energy particle, it is impossible to determine location (position) and impulse at the same time (Heisenberg's uncertainty principle). The act of observation itself defines which feature devolves from the possible into the real state. This means, at the moment of the observation is only one characteristic "real" and all the others remain a mere option.

A photon, whichs has no mass and moves like a vibration, is while an observation located at that point where the observer is looking at in the series of experiments. The photon changes at that location, where it is observed, from vibration wave to particle. So energy knows when it is looked at.

Energy responds to observation. So energy has a consciousness. This conscious is also called spirit.

Modern physics conveys the image of a world that appears real and solid, and at the same time is an immaterial realm of consciousness that characteristics changes according to the inner constitution of the observer.

The question arises to me: Does our brain form the consciousness, or rather does the conscious generate our brain, body and all that is physical? So what is illusion and what is realtiy? Or are both real, in a way, because both are one?

The lively consciousness is the influence that turns a possibility into a reality.
