Often the normal world made of stone, flesh and fibers is quite depressing, because here there is pain, frustration, fear, hostility, pressure and thoughts which rotating around problems. When I'm dispirited, I am always working anew up to my thankfulness.

A kind of morning prayer

I can do it in the afternoon also. Or before going to bed to reflect the day. Or whenever I feel like it. To get conscious that beside all the stress, there happens much good to me. Which it is worth to be appreciated.

I sit down comfortably. Or I stand beside my little altar for the spirits. Or I pace up and down at my home. What my body would like right now. I get conscious whatfor I want to be grateful every day anew.

Examples:

  • Thanks for the pleasant, quiet location of my apartement.
  • Thanks for all the experiences that I grant in my life and that help my soul to develop further. 
  • Thanks for the omens on my way which guide me. Thanks that I recognize them as such ones.
  • Thanks for my health.
  • Thanks for the nice people who like me and whom I call friends.
  • Thanks for my cats who like me how I am.
  • Thanks for my job.

 

 

Thank you for the pleasant circumstances, the helpful people and the beauty that I encounter during the day.
